The DUAASA is a non-political and not-for-profit association of members who are alumni of the University of Dhaka (also known as Dhaka University or DU), Bangladesh, living in South Australia, Australia. The association is established to represent and promote the interests of its members.
The DUAASA shall have the power to cooperate with or affiliate with any other organization in Australia and Bangladesh to further its objects as shall be approved by DUAASA members in either an Annual General Meeting or a Special General Meeting.
