On the 1st of July 2023, alumni, faculty, and friends of Dhaka University gathered at Thebarton Community Centre from 6 to 10 PM to celebrate Dhaka University Day. The event was a joyous occasion filled with nostalgia and camaraderie as attendees reminisced about their alma mater and shared fond memories of their time there. Guests enjoyed cultural performances showcasing the rich heritage of Bangladesh, while also participating in interactive sessions that highlighted the university’s contributions to academia and society. It was an evening marked by laughter, storytelling, and renewed connections, reinforcing the strong bond that exists among Dhaka University alumni in South Australia.
